This is back-dated.
I want to keep track of increased physical activity (You can’t make me use the “E” word!!!) Feeling better emotionally (when exactly did I turn that corner?) makes me want to feel better physically…and I know that will make me look better…and around and around it goes. But I have been down this path before. In 2003, between being laid off from work and starting graduate school I had gotten up to about 5 miles a day 3-4 days a week. And in 2000 I was biking 6-9 miles a day 3-4 days a week. So I know it can make me feel better. (It’s still a lie that it reduces your appetite or increases your energy. Or else I just have never had that experience. It makes me feel better because my a$$ is smaller.)
Tuesday
Walking: approx 2 miles (.25 miles x 2 to bus stop; around the metrodome upper concourse)
