Grace Peterson’s creamed corn
From a saint of the congregation:
She makes a doubled recipe:
80 ears of corn
2 pints whipping cream
2 lbs butter
salt
***
cut kernals off the ears
In a large roaster:
mix corn with whipping cream and butter
put into a 325-350 degree oven
Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour
remove from oven
let cool
package into bags and freeze

Now, I don’t usually like creamed corn. But this sounds delicious. Probably all the cream and butter… mmmmmm.
