Depends on your mood I suppose. Some possible answers:
- death
- divorce
- financial ruin
Nah, as bummed out as I’ve been that’s not my list. Not for more than a few minutes at a time anyway. I think this is really my list:
- Forgiveness and healing (of myself and X)
- My birthday (maybe with drinking and presents?)
- freedom to begin a new chapter
- a rebuilt life
- taking care of myself
- romance
- love
- financial independence (or at least stability)
- a clean house (well, only if I had done something today)
- the end of CPE
- a new knitting project

I am one day closer to a dreaded business trip to Kansas City where I am going to be forced to “bond” with people I don’t really care for. I really want to stay at home and “bond” with my kid, but I have to make money, right?
I wish I knew how to knit. It looks so relaxing. I just don’t have enough patience. I would just rather buy the finished product, you know what I mean?
