Stubborn Norwegian Wins
My mom went home from the hospital today. She and my sister actually stopped at Wally World to get her prescriptions filled and she walked from the car to the pharmacy and back.
Hopefully, this means that her perseverance (not to mention her irrational desire to go to Vegas in three weeks) will prevail, and her physical therapy will result in a swift and complete recovery.
At times, I’m proud and glad I come from such hardy stock (except for when I look at my butt.)
