I am an idiot
None of you pointed it out, which is polite, but dangerous. Although maybe it has to do with the disconnected nature of reading instead of talking.
I shared the Bill the Trainer story with a friend today. The look on his face made it clear that I am an idiot.
I am not going to go back there tomorrow.
I’ll probably still do the exercises he showed me, but I will continue to look for a trainer. A different trainer. A trainer who, for instance, makes me fill out some medical forms at least and has at least a picture of one of the “famous” people he says he helps.
I am such an idiot.

I did raise an eyebrow, but you never can tell. Next time I will speak up more.
