Participated in my first “Single Volunteers of the Twin Cities” event tonight. We were packaging complete nutritional meals for starving children at the Eagan location of Feed My Starving Children.
Met some pretty nice people. We went out for dinner afterwards.
It was a nice evening. Easy work. Good conversation. Much better than sitting home watching TV and moping.

Hi NFH,
So well-said. Divorce is such a loss and the grieving process is sometimes protracted. I’m remarried (for 3 years) and STILL sometimes miss my ex-husband. Not because our marriage was so great, not because he was the love of my life, but because he’s out of my life for good. And that’s sad.ww
