Happy 2007
It appears 2007 will be the year of photos. Many of my blogging friends seem to have gotten cameras or have decided to add more photos into their posts.
I guess I’ll hop on the band-wagon on this one. I received this camera from my mom for Christmas.
It will be nice not to have to spend money on processing if I don’t have to. Although, I suspect that I’ll still use my “old school” Minolta for certain things. There’s just something about film…
There does seem to be some exposure control on the camera…not that I’ve figured it out yet. As I’m staying home on NYE, I’m taking advantage of not having to drive home, if you know what I mean…though it’s scotch and not champagne for me. No headache.
Anyway, I’m staying home not to pout or because I didn’t have a party to go to, but because winter finally arrived around 3:00 this afternoon. Since it’s “amateur night” as far as partying and driving go, I felt it was the better part of valor to stay off the roads when the formula has been complicated by several inches of snow.
This is from the back door while wait for Libby to finish her evening constitutional.

I am so glad you will post some pictures. I have had several requests to post pictures of me and my kid. That is something I just won’t do. Some things must remain private. Oh, I am sure if someone really wanted to find me, they could. But, why give them a visual reference, you know?
Well, here’s to a new year!

In AA, you hear a lot about “amateur night.”
Of course, those amateurs probably won’t entirely ruin their lives with booze, but hey, that’s why they’re amateurs.
Happy 2k7.
