Pilates #2
It was a great class last night, but boy do I feel like a spaz! We started on these rollers that she had us lay on the long way; so our spines were along the roller. And then lifting up the feet (one at a time) and then trying to do that with the hands in the air.
Probably would have had an easier time if I hadn’t been laughing at myself so much.
Lot’s more ring work. I feel it in my ribs this morning. (Yeah!)

Laughing during exercise huh? Yah…kinda makes it difficult doesn’t it! However, what’s the point of taking everything so seriosly right? So, keep on laughing and enjoying your classes!
