Why is it?

When I offer to be available for someone to call at any hour, if they need to talk because they’re going through something tough, I mean it.

Why does no one offer me that?

Or have they, and I haven’t heard it?

    people think if you offer yourself out you don’t need anything coming in. i didn’t word that very well but hopefully you got it anyway.
