[congregation member] has had an occasion private lesson here and [Pastor] said he doesn’t mind that – but doesn’t want it to be a regular thing.
I don’t think she’s thinking it’s a regular thing – but should probably be told. And since you sit on WMA and are the “Interim” person …thought maybe you could play bad cop and let her know.

Worship Music and Arts has to develop a policy before we can change anything. I’m not about to stand out there without an actual visible leg to stand on for this one. It will have to wait until the commission has developed and communicated their policy to the congregation….in my opinion.
