Not dead, yet…

Just a massive case of the overwhelmies.

Still pulling hard toward LN deadlines. Insurance is not my favorite topic and reading insurance cards is more complex than I need in my head just now. GRRR. Helped Mom at the tax office today so that combined my two favorite things: taxes and insurance.

Dog still sick but eating slightly better. As long as I warm it up, put it on a plate and eat a few bites first she’ll clean her plate and usually scarf the meds, too. Needless to say I’m not feeding her pre-package doggie cuisine.

Still not sleeping enough. Mostly due to the dog feeling the need to go outside 3-4 times a night. Or pee in my bed. Whichever.

Feeling stressed about a lot of stuff and some of it seems a bit, um, free-floating. Probably due to not sleeping enough. Probably also due to the fact that boys are deep into baseball season and multiple teams and multiple games/practices on the same night puts the pressure onto the driver. Probably also due to needing to get the three of us ready to leave town in a week (Ok. A week from Thursday). I still don’t have a sub for the 29th. (Anyone want to come conduct a couple of really good church choirs that morning?) and I’m pretty sure that I should put the dog at the kennel instead of asking YM to watch her.

It was B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. yesterday and today and I’m disappointed that I didn’t get onto the golf course or even the putting green. But I have a lesson scheduled for Wednesday morning, so here’s hoping.

I did not forget the house picture post. I’m having some fun writing it. I think I’ll split it up by floor because it’s kind of long. You are all shocked at that, I know. And I have some additional frustration looking for the pictures. You see, I can’t just take the digital camera and snap away just now because, well, let’s say the Merry Maids haven’t been by lately. Just saying.

I look at this list and I think my life is continuing to spin out of control. Maybe control is the myth?

Once I get through the next few weeks, I should be much better…It’s just a matter of whether I’ll make it through. It’s oh so overwhelming.
