As for Tales from the Scales, all I can say is “I enjoy being a girl” and for details you’ll have to click on tracking. I have found a cool site for keeping track of food and activity though: The Daily Plate. You can set calorie goals, do some analysis and it seems to add more calories to your daily total depending on the activities you enter. Which is a bit of encouragement to me to get off my computer and go do something if it means I can have another bite of something. Basically it’s a pretty calculator. Whatever works, is what I say.
