a Great weekend

Friday night, I did theater with a great bunch of people (did I mention that McKilt brought 5 people to that show? No. Well, not much more to tell there. Aside from the bit o’ confusion it raises. More on that a different day, maybe.)

Saturday, I got my house clean. (The downstairs anyways.)

I did theater with a great bunch of people. (LL came to the Saturday show.)

I had said bunch of people over for a cast party here at my clean house.

I cooked for them. They liked it. We ate and drank and talked and laughed.

Sunday, I led worship as liturgist and I preached (short but still “official”) at the healing service

I did more theater with that great bunch of people on a warm but beautiful Sunday afternoon.

I determined that the boys are with me on the 4th of July. (Now, let’s make some plans for fun!)

My house is still clean.

Life is good. It’s such a quantum change from last year. Thanks, God.

McKilt brought FIVE people? WTF??? Were any of them female and were said females with their respective males? Wow. He surprises me sometimes. Was he in the kilt?

    Abbagirl74,
He brought his daughter, a friend of hers, his couple friend S&L and their teenage daughter. So, yes, he brought females, but not a date (thank god!) No kilt but he did bring his camera(s) and took pictures. Said he would come to the closing show next Sunday. I’ll believe it when I see it.

It sounds like such a great weekend. No wonder you’re a little worse for wear.
