Link ho-that’s me!

(Shit! Neil finally got around to doing the 8 things meme and linked to me. I’ve got to write something quick so that the first thing people see is not me whining about getting a really great job offer.)

Hi y’all! Feel free to look around. There’s lots of crazy stuff. Something for everybody really.

(BTW, I’ve talked with Sr.N, Z&A, Richie and a couple of others about the offer. They’re pretty much all in the same boat of “What are you nuts? Take the job, finish candidacy PT and keep looking for a great FT call. This way you don’t have to settle for a church gig that treats you like crap and you’ll be able to sock some money away for the kids’ college.” It’s good to have friends that will slap you upside the head when you’re being a little ridiculous while at the same time understand completely why you’re being ridiculous.)

Oh hey! There’s lots of funny stuff to read about my return to dating. Check here and then follow the tag for more. OK, well thanks for stopping by. Come again soon!!

You ARE lucky to have those kind of friends.

When I asked my priest what more I should be doing, he told me to go to work, raise my kids, and focus on supporting my family. There’s lots of time later, he said, for other things.

Whatever you decide, I hope it works out for you! Don’t sell yourself short. (And believe me, this is totally the kettle telling the pot what not to do, I wimped out and took the pt myself, will try to make it work out and stop wishful thinking, start doing more.)

    Take Care!
