Back in business
The Apple store turned the repair around in less than 18 hours. Dropped it off Friday at 8:30 and had a voicemail at 1:00 this afternoon that it was ready. Of course, I was out and about so didn’t pick it up until about 5:30.
Also got the Backup problem solved.
