I’m draggin’ my wagon today because I stayed up too long watching movies at Mr. Hockey’s house. We had a wonderful evening where he cooked me dinner (!) and we watched “Shenandoah” with Jimmy Stewart, and “Oceans 11″ (the new one.)
As a result I’m running today on endorphins and caffeine. It’s nice, just a little mistimed for getting shit together for vacation on Sunday.
DS1 has lost a pair of jeans. How do you do that? Of course, Target doesn’t even have his size. And they need haircuts. And now DS1 says he’d like sandals. Uff da.
A year ago on This Journey I gave notice to a dysfunctional workplace and got a solidly dysfunctional response.

So it was a good night for the most part then. That’s good. I lost a pair of pants (and Jelly shoes, remember those?) to the ocean while I was clam digging one year. I had been moving in with the tide and didn’t even realize it until I looked up. That’s one way to lose a pair pants at any rate. :>
We try to avoid our nearby Target here, the employees seem so unhappy and the store is designed like a rat maze. Is there a Fred Meyer’s you could go too? Maybe they’ll have sandals for DS1 too.

LOST a pair of jeans. Kind of like when I lost my winter jacket on the coldest day of the year. I found it stuffed in a bag.
