Copper peak from Copper basin
I’ve scanned in some pictures from previous trips to Holden to keep you company while I’m gone.
Copper basin is a short (3 mile one way) hike from the village but it has a 2300 foot elevation change. Up. As in climbing steeply for most of the hike. It’s a hike I’ve only done twice. I don’t think I’m in good enough shape this year to attempt it but the boys are planning to go the second week with their dad. I took this photo in 1998, I think.
