Spamalot! or Living a dream.

Here’s a rundown of my wonderful day. Quick quick quick before I fall asleep at the computer.

  1. Getting a full dose of affection (in words and hugs & kisses) from Mr. Hockey
  2. A very fruitful agitation meeting
  3. A very successful Internship Planning Meeting (yay!!!)
  4. An official offer letter from LN waiting for me when I got home
  5. Surprise free tickets to Spamalot for tonight. Which I could accept! (What a hoot of a show. Everything fun about Python skewering Broadway musicals. I’m sure I was laughing at stuff that passed over ‘normal’ audience members. Don’t care. It was hysterical! And well done.)

I’m now going to go to bed because I only got about 3 hours of not exactly restful sleep for the second time this week.

Oh. And let’s just note that my city house at night is a lot quieter than a certain country house.

Heard from the boys tonight. They’re in Sheridan, WY. They’re driving to Sioux Falls, SD tomorrow and then home on Saturday. Won’t be home with me until Sunday. On the up side maybe X will do their laundry from the trip? (I know. Cut me some slack, I’m sleep deprived.)

DS2 sounds really tired and said he wishes he was already home. Not too much of a traveler, that one. On the other hand, they have been on vacation for almost 3 weeks.

Ok. Now. Really. I’m going to bed.

Nighty night.

Hey, you got linked to on digitalfather.com. Way cool.

I have to say: as your blog pal, I’m really glad about Mr. Hockey. Awesome people deserve balanced happiness, you know.

    Rock ON, sister.

abbagirl– what??? spicy mid-week isn’t enough??!? ;-) But no, he’s got his kids this weekend. I think it’s important to note that he’s invited me up to the cabin (without his kids) and when we looked at the calendar discovered that we have our kids on the same weekends he immediately offered that maybe he could make some adjustments (because his visitation schedule is negotiated school year by school year). That he offered is a pretty big deal in my book!!!

Rich - The digitalfather thing is awesome!!! and totally thanks to you ;-) As for Mr. Hockey - thanks. I’m enjoying the moments, that’s for sure! like DF, ya’ll and your support and stuff mean a lot to me.
