A Bohemian weekend

Between two shows, a three-hour Saturday rehearsal and four-hours of church choir this morning, Libby the Wonder Poodle is rather disappointed in my ability to live up to her expectations. Or to my promises to her. I told her Friday (when I came home and collapsed after a ninety-minute conference call) that I would take her for a walk on Saturday or Sunday.)

Of course, I also promised myself that I would clean the kitchen so it didn’t look like a frat house kitchen anymore. I got one load of dishes done. Sadly, that barely made a dent.

I need to go to work tomorrow to rest up! The boys don’t have school, but I wasn’t successful in playing goalie with my calendar so I’ll have to go into the office. Meetings back-to-back all afternoon.

I should send you a photo of my kitchen so you don’t feel so bad about you.
