Show and tell

Proxima asked what a “corporate-wear fleece vest” looked like. Here you go! That little white thing on the left is an embroidered logo of the company training department I was working for at the time. Advertising/branding company….but not clothing designer. When I wear it people have a real hard time telling what that thing is, so they end up staring at a part of me that I’d just rather they didn’t. If you know what I mean.

And since I’m in the picture sharing mode, here’s a picture of my Christmas Cactus that’s started to bloom already.

And the Poinsettias that I kept over from last year. Everyone tells me that they’ll never “bloom” again but I seem to see some of the top bracks starting to turn red on this one, and white on the other one.

And then there’s the centerpiece from Thanksgiving. The roses are so pretty in this arrangement. I hope they last for a few more days.

It’s good to have live beauty in your house. What kind of plants are you growing?

I have a lot of succulents in my house. I can get away with forgetting to water them better.

I killed my two Xmas cactuses, so I seem to appreciate others’ successes with them more. Yours is beautiful.
