End of Meteorological Winter
According to our Minnesota Public Radio weather office, this was the last weekend of meteorolgical winter. Astronomical winter doesn’t end until March 21 but apparently, in this part of the world, the weather is finally going to start being spring. Today, cooperated a bit. The high this afternoon was 38 degrees. It did feel nice. And you can tell that the sun is stronger and more intense, even if the air isn’t “warm” yet.
When I came home from church, I noticed that the last apple from the tree in the front yard had finally fallen.
