Petcock
Got your attention, didn’t I?
OK. It’s not dirty. Well, maybe a little. A petcock is a part of of a motorcycle fuel system. And mine is dirty.
I rode tonight over to AB’s house, 8 miles away. It was a tough ride because I had the same problems as when we brought the bike home. Steady throttle but a jerky ride. Losing power, then reving and jumping ahead. Not fun.
PC and husband followed me home and it was great comfort because they followed with their flashers on. But I made it home. Now I just have to figure out who can come over and show me how to clean it and maybe the carburetor. It won’t do to try to ride to work with it in this condition. Too dangerous during rush hour to be cruising along and lose power all of a sudden.
heh. petcock. I’m so 12 years old.

I was not expecting to come over here and read about a dirty petcock and being followed by flashers. Just when you thought it was safe…..
