Truely. Not enough time in the day.
- Woke at 6:45. Late. but that didn’t stop me from snoozing for 15 minutes.
- Up at 7. Hair washing because I didn’t last night. Downstairs to put in a load of wash and pick up a basket of dried clothes. Pick out something to wear to work.

- Back upstairs to get dressed.
- Back downstairs. Pack lunch. Throw into purse. Forget to put in Oatmeal Bar for breakfast.
- Make sure the check for the contractor is on the counter. Finalize list for boys.
- Out the door at 8:00.
- Stop for coffee at my shop. Back on the road by 8:15
- At the office by 8:45. Vendor is already there. No chance to check emails.
- Down to kick-off meeting at 8:50 (instead of 9)
- Done with kick-off at 10:45. Check email.
- Update JW on new project. Get update from her on CAP project. Answer question from JE about template for his project.
- Go out to get a 6" Subway sandwich at 11:30. Back at the desk by 11:45. Eat sandwich at desk. Answer questions for JW and JE about launch of two different courses.

- 2:35-3:00 try to update JW about what I learned at the 2:00 and how it affects her project.
- Create L&D project plan, craft email and send to IT PM. 3:00-3:15.
- Get ready to leave for off-site meeting. touch base with admin; go to rest room; shut down computer.
- Cut JW off in mid sentence because otherwise I’ll be late: 3:35
- en-route to meeting talk with JW and KP about content errors in one course (I was given wrong information. grrr.) and launch plans for another course.
- Arrive at site for 4:00 meeting at 4:06. No one else is there. Order cold press coffee. Large.
- At 4:20, call church office and ask for phone number. Call person I’m supposed to be meeting only to find out meeting was moved to Friday at 2:30.
- Decide to take the next 20 minutes and get a manicure (non-essential. I know)
- 5:30 stop at house to get re-useable grocery bags. Go to drop site and pick up veggie and fruit share from CSA farm. Chat with host about their back-yard chickens and about how they are going to the strawberry festival on Sunday.

- 8:00 leave to meet MC for drink/dinner. She announces she can’t carpool as she needs to stop at grocery later and pick up things for the shop (she owns the coffee shop)
- Meet her at the restaurant 8:30. Fabulous wine, dinner and conversation. Walk across the street to bar for a Diet Coke and more conversation. Head home at 10:30. Home by 10:45.
- Check email to discover someone on tomorrow’s webinar can’t access site. Asking for help. She’s been given the wrong URL by the regular trainer (WTF????) Help her. Send email to the rest of the group for tomorrow.
- Answer an email from a cousin.
- Go to bed and check a couple of blogs. Start this post. 11:30 p.m. Done by about 1:00a.m. (gotta love the back-dating.)
Now, I ask you oh interwebs of wisdom: Where the hell in that schedule (and admittedly there were a couple of wrenches thrown into it) was I supposed to put 1) a 45 minute walk/jog and 2) 30 minutes of decluttering.
In all honestly, the ONLY thing that could have given was the time with MC. A woman who is on the beginning end of the divorce cavalcade of fun, whose birthday is tomorrow. I was supposed to call her and tell her "sorry. can’t meet. I have to walk?" or clean?
Seriously. When I say it’s hard to fit exercise into my life, please, for the love of God, believe me.

In this girl’s humble opinion, a busy schedule like that counts as exercise.

I agree with randi! It sounds like you run non-stop and that should so count!
Does it help at all to know that I am jealous you have a dishwasher? haha!

I am super jealous of your dishwasher too.
But your schedule? Yikes! I still can’t believe that I got this paid week off. It was so bizarre to just slow everything down. I didn’t have to take migraine meds once this week. Hmmmmm.

I am with the others.
Simply READING about your day makes me tired!
Also - if your meal friend (lunch? dinner?) is interested, perhaps a slow walk pre/post meal could be included?
I still think that your heavy duty day was packed with exercise!
