It has been a hell of a week, sports fans.

I’d love to be able to say TGIF and say that this was the "end" of the week. But in an effort in self-preservation I gave myself a pass on a couple of deadlines today. Four deadlines to be precise.

And that only means that I have to finish those four projects this weekend. Somehow. In between laundry (so I don’t have to go to church and work naked) and painting the dining room (because the friends who said they would help are coming on Saturday) and cleaning the kitchen (because I just can’t stand it anymore.)

The list of things that won’t get done this weekend (but should) is pathetically extensive.

So even though I feel better today because I took a little care of myself, it’s all going to come bite me in the ass.

I can’t keep up. I can’t catch-up. I can’t get ahead. And I really don’t know how long I can keep this up before I crash.

At least I made a real meal today. Yesterday, I couldn’t even take care of myself enough to make a decent dinner. So I ate a cheese quesadilla, a peach and a bowl of ice cream for dinner. Dairy fat much?
