This Journey

Thoughts, rants, prayers, sermons I'll never give and other stuff gathered as I make my way through this life.

Thank your first commenter day

Per Neil over at Citizen of the Month, today is “Thank your first commenter day.”

So, thanks to you, Dan! You left my very first comment on this blog way back in April of 2005!

Who knows if Dan ever came back. Sure doesn’t seem like it, but thanks anyway.

And super thanks to those of you who comment regularly. Like Neil says, if there’s no comments it sort of feels like I’m talking to myself in a big empty stadium.

But that’s OK too, I guess, since I write this mostly just for me. It’s nice to be able to look back and see how far I’ve come.

Author: Not Fainthearted

A paradox wrapped in an enigma playing the accordion. I'm a sinner-saint, child of God working at the cross-roads of church and world. A Deaconess called to connect people living near the center with people on the edge and to help your life sing (literally and figuratively) while doing it. People don't always get the deaconess part. Could be the swearing, the corporate job, or the wine.
