I don’t know if it’s the weather change, the final stage of SAD, something to do with the level of stress I’ve been dealing with or some weird grief work I’m finish about Mr. Hockey, but I’ve had a bit of insomnia for the last week or so.

Not because it makes me cranky. But I think it’s a little silly to have this rumbling around as an ear worm when I’m trying to learn Distler’s Totentanz and plan Ash Wednesday services for 1st-6th graders.
